You can use Internet Explorer by entering ftp://asdf:asdf@ftp.f3600.com, which is an incorrect user, but then prompts you for a user. Otherwise, there are several excellent FTP programs out there. For example, CuteFTP. If you like, you can even use DOS (open a command prompt to your images directory, enter ftp, then following the prompts. put <filename> uploads a file.

Q: What is the username/password for the contact list?

A: Email me and I'll tell you. I by default put it in a secure directory so spammers wouldnt get at it.
